Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

We are experiencing some technical problems with the blog but it will be fully operational soon.

Coach Thompson deviated from the main site WOD today and put us all through one of his typical smokers.

WOD:

~50m shuttle run
7 Push ups

ASMRAP in 7 minutes

Other than playing Frogger with the traffic on the road, the biggest impact had to be muscle failure on the push ups.

I think trying to keep up with Jamie and Ethan was a bad idea. I was smoked and could not keep pace with them.
