Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Congratulations to Major Chris Scheidler for successfully completing the
CrossFit Level One Certification this weekend.
Chris distinguished himself well and represented CFQ with class. Well done, Sir.
Whether it was Dave Wallis and Mike Vorgang competing (and finishing in a tie), muddy sit-ups or Wes throwing up, there was an uncharacteristically high level of enthusiasm today.
Our family has experienced a great journey over our many months (years) together, and nothing was going to "dampen" the crew's spirits this morning--cold, rainy weather be damned.
I was pleased with the participation, coaching and level of effort. This morning's session left an impression. I'm proud to be associated with CFQ.
Take pride in what you did well--take ownership of what needs to improve. Know that virtuosity is a journey worth taking.
