Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

5x5 Backsquat

-We need to focus on complete range of motion. This manifested itself in the depth at the bottom of the squat today. If you are not getting the depth required, drop down in weight and get the full range of motion - you will make greater gains. Additionally any time you air-squat, insure full range of motion to build that muscle memory.
