Scales included the following:

Standard scaling for pull-ups (bands, jumping) and ring dips (jump to support, parallel bars, jump to support on parallel bars, box dips, or push-ups).
Great work by all. This was a tough one.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
