Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

KB Cert

If you have rogered up to the KB Cert, this is the last chance to submit money to me. If you can not get me the money by Wednesday (tomorrow), then I will provide you with the address to send it to yourself. I will be coaching tomorrow, so I will be around for both sessions. Prices are $80 for enlisted personnel, $100 for all else.
