Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

As a coach it's extremely gratifying to see the lightbulbs come on for the athletes that come back to a workout like this after some time and notice they are surpassing their previous PRs significantly. The proof is in the pudding, CrossFit works.

CrossFit has the potential to change the popular cultural perception of
what exercise actually means over the next decade, and I will watch with delight
as selectorized leg machines are melted down into more useful items like re-bar
