95# Barbell Carry 400 m for time.
Hang Tough.
TEAM 7: 4 athletes. "MG"
Row 250 m (Timer)
Box Jump
Jump Rope
ABMAT sit-ups.
Each athlete rows 250 m as quickly as possible--this exercise serves as the "timer." The other athletes perform their respective exercises in sequence to accumulate maximum repetitions (points.)
The faster the "Timer" rows, the less time the other athletes have to score points. The slower the "Timer rows, the more time the other athletes have to score points--a vicious cycle.
Three rounds.
