Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Warm:
Figure 8 run

WOD:
1130
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Push-ups
12 Ring dips
9 Push-press, 115#
acceptable subs were knee push-ups, jump to support/paralet/box dips and scaled weight on PP.
~20 athletes averaged 5 rounds with all athletes between 4 and 7.

1215
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
4 Push-ups
3 Ring dips
2 Push-press
Acceptable subs as noted above.
~13 athletes from 12 to 19 rounds - protocol was faster and saw less muscle failure than WOD above.

Wx: 97 deg and sunny.
