I programmed this workout because I couldn't remember the WOD from the main site.  There were three of us enjoying the early morning opportunity to excel.  Chuck and Pat powered through with good intensity.  Afterwards, we moved Pat's new plyo boxes into the shed.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
