Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

7 Rounds for Time

Team 1130: Strong work by coaches JC and CW for executing the workout at prescribed. Prescribed and scaled times ranged from 16 to 30 minutes.

Team 1215 nailed a similar, scaled protocol:

10 Air Squats
10 Push-Ups
10 Ring Rows

5 Rounds for time. Most athletes ranged between 11 and 14 Minutes.

Temperature in the high 80's. 25 + Participants in both classes.

Hang Tough.
