1215: Squat Clean instruction/practice
WOD:
1130: 5 rounds for time of:
7 x Squat Clean (135#)
15 Hand-stand Push-ups (HSPU)
-scaled weight as appropriate
-scaled HSPU to paralet push-ups, incline push-ups, or perfect push-ups
1215: 3 rounds for time of:
7 x Squat cleans
15 Push-ups
-scaled weight as appropriate
-scaled squat cleans to front squat for those unfamiliar with the squat clean.
*if you have extra "in the tank" when you are finished then you need to up the intensity and/or improve your form.
wx: 101 deg (heat index of 105). Heat was a limiting factor today. Air quality was poor.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
