Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CFQ

Warm Up: Bear crawl, walking lunges, broad jump ~ 15 meters X 2

WOD:

15 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
45 Squats

Complete as many sets as possible in 20 minutes

Subs:

Band assisted pull ups and push ups from knees

Weather was hot and humid. 10 athletes showed up for the 1130 class and a record low of 3 for the 1215. It's incredible when you focus on doing these exercises the right way how hard they can actually be.
