Today's WOD at www.crossfit.com with a smokestack run/stretching/(pistol) squat/broad jump warm up.
Participation was good on this hazy, hot, and humid day. We learned that in addition to being a leg exercise, the back squat is also a core workout, as it requires significant stabilization and flexibility in that region to lift heavy loads.
Hats off to Taylor from the 12:15 group for a strong performance of 115lbs.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
