Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Wx: Great Coaches: Chris, Jaime, Andrew, and Vic

Athletes: 11:30 - 12 ; 12:15 - 9

Warm up: 400 m run with pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats mixed in.

WOD Five rounds of:
Deadlift, 3 reps
Handstand push-ups, max reps


Everyone used spotters to accomplish the HSPU.

Coach's Comments:



  • It was great to see athletes work inverted and push out max efforts! Nice work

  • Deadlift form was great... keep working toward that perfect form.

  • Keep a record of your scores and achievments...it'll help you assess your strengths and weakness. And lets you know where you should be starting from.


Special recognition goes to David Maylum who was working with a PR load of 185.
