Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

"Justin's Last Day"
Many thanks to all participants at today's session. We trained over 40 athletes. Sometimes it pays to bust out the gear and take it for a stroll.
Fair winds and following seas, Justin Jordan. Our best to you and Becca as you embark on the remainder of life's journey together. You can be proud of your service to our country in peacetime and in times of trouble. The Marine Corps appreciates your sense of duty. The CrossFit community is better because of you. CFQ is better because of you. You're always welcome at our "gym."
CFQ will be closed on Memorial Day and Tuesday, 27 May. Lest we forget.
