We hung rings to facilitate the large group. Drills were fully-scaled to accommodate participant skills and abilities. Ran a secondary "push/pull" couplet with wall-ball shots and SDLHP.
OCS was well represented by Chris Julian. He pulled ahead and finished with 14.5 rounds. Ethan and Jaime: 14 rounds each. Hope and Gin rallied and completed the workout with a 45 # barbell.
Total participation 33 people.
