
When and how do you train? Only when you "feel" like it? Only when it's convenient or when the weather's nice? Are you content with the status quo and simply "showing up"? Or are you really dedicated. REALLY dedicated? Willing to take the full dose? Some people at CFQ are willing. Some people aren't. Which camp do you belong to?
WOD: Run 5K
The timing for WOD is pretty good as many CFQ'ers have a PFT coming up.
Weather: sunny, cool and breezy
Participation: 15 or so @1130, 10 @ 1215
Best time for the day was Dave Wallis taking down the Liversedge hill in 19:40.
Great effort today, especially for Chuck and Paul with strong 5k rows. Post times to comments.
