Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

"Kelly" highlighted an amazing aspect of CrossFit. Competition drives certain people to be amazing and forces them to surpass self-imposed limitations and fears. Many felt like quitting today but the determination and perseverance of those around allowed them to reach deep within to find untapped strength and energy (guilt is sometimes a motivator too huh Paul?). Awesome display of athleticism and sheer will by all to finish strong. Jamie continued to impress and lead from the front with an unreal time of 23:32.

For accountability purposes, Drew and Vic did show up and completed the WOD in boots and utes after qualifying expert at the range. Sounds like a victorious day!
