Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

The Old Days

The Monster Mash gang in Fort Worth was a special group. Those were in the early days, when we were right on the verge of discovering something special...namely CrossFit.

We took nearly 40 journeys over several months--finding out a few things along the way. Officers and enlisted--Navy and Marine, one team one fight. The fire was hot. The steel strong.

Hang Tough.
