Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Today's workout is one of the reasons why CrossFit is so effective and addictive. For anyone who uses the excuse that they do not own any equipment or they lack the time, this was evidence that those claims are not applicable.

WOD: "Corners" (a resurrected Love Macheen special)

We have a rectangular track that is 200m on long sides and 100m on short sides. Run 3 corners (equals 500m) and complete 10 burpees, 20 push ups, 30 squats, 40 sit ups (abmat optional). Do this four times and you should be at the starting point when you finish.

An impressive performance by Ethan who finished in 18:00 minutes while Jamie was right behind with 18:30. Despite the all around love fest out there today, Sandy gets individual kudos for displaying noticeable improvements in all the exercises, especially squats.
