Warm Up:
800m run
2 minutes of punching combos with some sprawling mixed in
WOD:
24 Double Unders
16 Pull Ups
8 Ring Dips
Complete as many sets as possible in 20 minutes
Saw some new faces in the crowd and some old ones decided to rejoin us. 20 athletes participated in the event with Ethan as the top performer cranking out 7 full sets. What a way to start the week off!
Schedule
Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
