Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

"Coach's Choice"

We rolled with a team-centric, Met-Con, Gymnastics, Weights (MGW) protocol today.

Three groups were identified by skill level and drills were scaled accordingly.

Each group performed: 500m Row (served as the timer/rotation que), Sit-ups, KB swing, Push Press and Air Squats. Each repetition equaled one point (1 calorie = 1 point on the rower). Each member rowed performed each drill twice.

Total time: 17-21 minutes.

14 participants, 2 coaches.
