Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups (acceptable sub's were jumping and band-asst'd pull-ups)
30 Push-ups (acceptable sub's were knee push-ups)
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Average time per round was ~6:30 with extremes of 3:12 and 11:00
The virtuosity was particularly impressive today. Marked improvements for many athletes who have consistantly participated.

Schedule
Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
