30 Muscle-Ups (or 120 pull-ups/120 dips) for time:
Jaime Conrad pulled away from the pack with a 9:45 as RX'd. Strong work.
The remainder of the group worked through a series of scaled substitutes. Everyone made progress on one or more of the moves...pull-ups, the "transition" and/or dips.
10 participants, 1 coach.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
