Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Trainee and Trainer extraordinaire. Few can match his enthusiasm, work ethic and infections attitude. Vic's been with us since the early days--when we worked out of a pickup truck in groups of 2-4 people. We wouldn't be where we are today without him. Now if we could only figure out his squat...
