Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

1st Day of Spring Thursday Mar 20

Wx 51 with winds at 19 mph, gusts to 31 mph - perfect

Participants - 6 (including 1 coach)

Warm up: modified CrossFit Warm Up 3X5 Pull ups, 3X10 Sit ups, 3X10 Push ups, and 10 Sampson Stretch for each leg.

WOD - Per CrossFit website: 4 rds of 400m run, 2 min rest.

Thanks to those who came out. I think everyone challenged themselves during each run. Our 400m course had a few challenges associated with it - traffic, slow and go turn around, and the blast of wind on the backside. Everyone had good form, keeping in mind the pose method.

Great job:
Jaime - all legs 1:30 or under.
Jose - Strong first two heats, 3&4 understandingly a little slower.
Mark - Look like he getting stronger each round.
Edna - very consistent efforts.
David -Approx 3:00 pace each time.
