Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CrossFit Quantico,

Now that Jose got off his lazy butt and sent me this link, I will be checking out the workouts most days. I will try to pass some of the workouts to my Marines. I am currently serving as the company's resident CrossFit expert. I wanted to form a CrossFit group here, but our schedule is too crazy. Keep a spot open for me in the group when I get back.
