Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

WOD:

Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Last Man Standing:
Finished up with a gut check where the athletes had to carry a weight overhead for approximately 60 meters, then do 3 push presses (that was 1 rep). The person that completed the most reps was the last man standing. Chris, Joe and Adam all tied with 5 reps with 65lbs while JJ did his 4 reps with 95lbs.
