Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

With the clock running complete all exercises. Must complete dips before moving to pullups.

Ring Dips scaled to jump to support or bar dips
Pullups scaled using bands

Scaled dips - Jump to support.

Humidity was a surprise this morning. Tried to do ring dips but had to scale. Pullups completed three rds of 10 then went to rds of 5.

Really enjoyed this WOD. Had to scale the dips to jump to support and the pull-ups with a band though.
