5 min swim (1 length any stroke/1 lap underwater)
2 min rest
scale to 3 rounds of the underwater swim or no rounds with underwater swim.
W continue to broaden our training with swimming. This was a great workout and was suited to all levels of swimmer.
Schedule
Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

Tough tough workout

I could only make it underwater for about half a length. I thought I was a good swimmer until about 1/2 way through this workout...
