"Eva" Scaled Down
3 rounds of:
-800m run
-30 x KB Swings (weight ranged from 2, 1.5, and 1 pood)
-30 x Pull-ups
Despite the fact that we scaled it down from 5 rounds to 3, this was a good way to thrash ourselves at the beginning of the week. I saw a lot of tired but determined faces out there. Good performance by all.
