Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

Great work by all athletes both days. Everyone's hardwork and dedication has been paying off as I have seen better form and performances across the board. Good job by Vince today throwing up 195 lbs. on the thrusters.

Ring Dips/1.5 pood swings
5 rounds plus 8 ring dips

If it was max rounds of 10 ring dips only in 10 minutes, I probably still would have gotten five rounds. Definitely the LIMFAC.

Friday:
