Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CFQ

Warm up:
10 PVC Pass throughs
5 Dips
10 Pull ups
2 rounds

Snatch work with PVC.

WOD:

Spend 10 Minutes in a handstand.

Interesting WOD, and even more difficult than it sounded... (at least to me) Post rounds and total time to comments.

very, very difficult; my fingers are still a little bit numb, and i can barely feel my shoulders. definitely will have to keep this one in mind for times when i don't have a lot of equipment.

Good workout. First few rounds, kept the time around 1 minute. Towards the end, scaled down to 30 secs each.

This started off easy and got hard real quick. For the first 12 rounds or so, I was doing about 35-40 seconds/round. After about 5:00 of aggregate time, I started missing a lot on my kicks up into the handstand. The rounds added up quickly after that.

Brutal, started with a minute and quickly down to 30 sec intervals. After 5.00min mark down to 10-20sec intervals.
