Great push on the WOD today. Scaling was accomplished by using 14# and 8# Wall-balls. Remember to push through your heels. Wall-balls are as much a strength as a coordination drill.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

Run on the home course with the home wall ball (which I found out only weighs 16#)

Last guy in on the first run so I ended up with the 14# med ball and stuck with it. All runs, scared of the rower. Good work out.
