Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

Need to be on the road with the crew where I feel more comfortable bailing. Did this workout in my gym today and as I have said before they don't like weights hitting the deck so I am a little guarded in weight. See you all tomorrow.
