Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
The weight ranged from 155 lbs. to 45 lbs. This was another tough WOD. Form seemed to suffer on the hang power cleans. Make sure you keep your arms straight until you come to a full extension with your hips and you have shrugged the weight. I saw a lot of people trying to pull the weight up with their arms as low as the hang position. Intensity was great by all. Everyone was working as hard as possible. Thanks for toughing it out this morning.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
