Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

2 X Overhead Cindy (Overhead Squats vice Air Squats)

WOD (Adjusted from Main Site WOD due to lack of GHDs):
5 Rounds for time of:
30 Knees to Elbows
25 45lb Good Mornings

Scales:
45 Ab-Mat-Sit-Ups
Reduced weight Good Mornings

12 Athletes this morning...a good showing. Grip became an issue for the Knees to Elbows. Good work by those athletes that struggled through as many Knees to Elbows as they could before switching to the Ab-Mat-Sit-Ups.
