With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

The combination of a cold pull up bar and rain made this one interesting. Grip seemed hard to come by in the later minutes... Good showing today! 13 athletes braved the elements. Awesome effort by Linda!
