scaling was achieved with 6 laps on the CFQ figure 8 or rowing
-Great push by the brave few who ventured out in the frigid air. I think everyone found the distance (and the hill) especially challenging in the cold. Running distance provides a different modal domain challenge from some of the other workouts - constant motion at high intensity, no rest. Special recognition to Jaime and Dave for their strong mental toughness today.
-In terms of training: if it is something you don't want to do, that is probably where you should be.
Schedule
Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
