WOD
3 - 3 - 3 - 3 - 3 Overhead Squats
Started with a quick demonstration on the Overhead Squat which is an extremely difficult lift if there is any hint of a weak squat in the athelete. Thanks to Chris-W who helped and had some great comments to add on the lift. Then used the available coaches to assess the athletes on their squats using PVC and a wall to test flexibility, depth of squat, and vertical track. Scaled with squat tabata and a much lighter weight set. Key to the overhead is midline strength, flexibiity, and balance. Good solid work.

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
