Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Box #2


Our second "box" provided greater space and access to equipment. Our complement of gear was growing. We moved in early 2008 and became and official CrossFit affiliate soon thereafter. CrossFit Quantico became the second military affiliate and the first of its kind in the USMC.
