WOD:
1 minute max push ups (no resting on knees)
max pull ups
400m run
1 minute max squats
30 seconds max push ups
max pull ups
200m run
30 seconds max squats
2 minutes rest after each event
There were 18 participants at the workout today. Weather was awesome! The group found that it was difficult to bring the heart rates and breathing down in the two minutes between events (if maximum intensity on each event). This created a zinger of a workout that covered the glycolytic spectrum. Congratulations to Jamie Conrad who scored a Crossfit Quantico PR on Pullups with 50. All athletes stayed solid in form and the efforts and intensity were evident in the looks on everyone's faces after the workout was done. Looking foward to tomorrow and the new year.
