WOD:   50 Box Jumps
             50 Jumping Pullups
             50 Kettlebell Swings 1 pood
             50 steps walking lunge
             50 knees to elbows
             50 push press 45 lbs
             50 back extension
             50 wall balls  20lbs men, 8 lbs women
             50 burpees
             50 double unders (200 single unders)
Sorry this is a late post.  The weather was wet and the ground was muddy but the crossfit family was there in numbers and determination.   It was a long workout, I set a 35 minute cut-off and there were several scales.  I have to say that it was truly motivational to watch everyone gut through the workout.  There was 18 athletes and for ops management everyone was broken into 6 groups of 3.  
Logistics issue, two of the jump ropes were broken so it would appear that we need to get some more. 
Questions for coach Thompson:  "Will there be any holiday workouts over christmas?"

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
