Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Crossfit shirts

I am taking final t-shirt orders on friday 10Oct08. That is this friday.

email me at jason.liebler@usmc.mil for your orders. You can order either a short sleeve, long sleeve, sweater or a hoodie (sweater with a hood). Let me know what color you want as well as font color. Once I have all t-shirt orders, I will send it to oo-rah.com and I will get an exact price breakdown for each shirt. Next week I will be taking money for the shirts. If all goes well, shirts should be in by the end of the month at the latest.
