Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

CONGRATULATIONS are in order for our own Mike Ansley.

Mike was competitively selected for promotion to a new position as International Programs Manager. Marine Corps Systems Command is fortunate to have capable and motivated people like Mike. His service as an active duty Marine--and continued dedication as a professional are tremendous investments.

Mike exemplifies what we believe to be true:
