Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
PM Ammo (@ 300 m) Run

Today's workout is indicative of a challenge that is both hard to learn and hard to do. Stay the course--technically demanding drills have a tremendous training potency. Strong work JC: 7 Rounds as RX'd.
