Schedule

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

17 OCT TGIF CINDY

Cindy gave the group a lot of love today. That 20 minutes just seemed to stretch out for a lifetime. The greatest thing about Cindy is that it is really all about the fundamentals. The squat, essential to so many of the 9 fundamental lifts of Crossfit and the nice mix of push up and pull ups that just rock so many muscle groups. A big shout out to Drew who had a PR by 2 today: Nice work Coach. Had a nice tight group at both the 11:30 and the 12:15 class. I have to commend the 12:15 class who took a little more time but really did seem to focus on keeping the form solid throughout the entire workout. Of note if either Coach Smith or the tribal elder could give me the name of the MCSC maintenance crew I would appreciate it. We have to get one side of the pull up bar set cemented in. One of the bars came loose and all athletes are cautioned about checking the bars before they use them until we get the situation rectified. Rest up and enjoy the weekend.
