Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

A tribute to one of the founding member of CrossFit Quantico. "The Love Macheen" was a big fan of this workout because it was a gift he would give to the athletes that would keep on giving back for several days after. I'm sure you're doing great things at CrossFit Camp Lejeune Vic, we miss you.
