400m Run
Max Pull Ups
Subs included rowing, jumping Pull Ups, Pull Ups with bands, and bodyweight rows.
Post Pull Up reps by round to comments.
We had good intensity today and learned that a 20 minute work out lasts 20 minutes. Kudos to Hope Wallis for her work today, especially on the Pull Ups!

Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.
