Although workouts are not being posted on this blog and it is not being kept current, CrossFit Quantico is still conducting regularly scheduled classes at 0700 and 1130.

As always, your punctuality and dedication are appreciated. CFQ requires consistency and a willingness to work hard.

Good to see everyone making an attempt at keeping the weight low and focusing on their form. We have several athletes that have made tremendous gains and they can attest to our methodology.

We had to send off Ralph and Evan, two contributing members of CFQ but you guys are always welcome back anytime, Semper Fidelis.
